Incorporated in the State of Washington in 1990, Sunway Services, Inc. is a real estate investment advisory company specializing in acquisition and management of income properties. We also are experts in titling, permitting, and developing real estate projects for profitable turnovers.
Over the years, we have successfully organized numerous successful entities. These projects were formed for both income property acquisition and management, as well as real estate development. We have earned a loyal following of repeat investors.
Our principal earned special recognition by the Federal Home Loan Bank of Seattle in its 2005 publication as a credible borrower.
